Combined with the Brake Force tester & Axle load(weighting) tester & Wheel clamp testing mechanism, Speedometer tester & Wheel Alignment tester (optional-if you need to test the center line deviation of front and rear wheels of motorcycle). It is advanced equipment for Motorcycle Safety Technical Inspection Center, and it is also largely used in Motorcycle repairing industry. More functions are available by externally linkage to other testers, such as Emission Tester, Head Light Tester, Sound Level Tester, LED Signal Board, etc. It can also detect the maximum speed, acceleration performance, over acceleration and even maximum torque when used by motorcycle manufacturers. Classification and layout:
There are two kinds of motorcycle test line: two wheel motorcycle and whole model. The test line for two wheel motorcycle can only test two wheel motorcycle, the whole vehicle test line can test not only two wheel motorcycle but also tricycle, and partial tricycles.
Maintenance and servicing:
1. After the product is used for three months, please disassemble the platform panel and add calcium-base lubrication grease to the guide seat with a pressure rod type oil gun to lubricate the guide sleeve and guide pillar. And also check if the fastening bolts of guide seat and oil cylinder etc. components are loose.
2. Please check the oil level in the oil tank of hydraulic station. Add N46 engine oil (old standard is 30# engine oil) if the oil volume is insufficient.
3. In case the oil pipe of hydraulic system is broken and the oil sprays outside, please stop the operation immediately and carry out maintenance. Do not block the broken place with hands. Otherwise the high pressure oil may injure persons.
